Send your customer a secure link to pay an approved invoice online. The payment is applied to the invoice automatically.
Add printers to each plant and send delivery tickets to them directly from Concord, no download or print dialog needed.
Schedules for customers on Hold or COD now show a colored badge on the dispatch board. Click the badge to change the customer's status.

A single Collect Payment step lets you charge a saved card now, place a hold, ask the customer to authorize a charge, or send a request to pay by link. You can follow each payment from request to completion in the same window.
Set up surcharge tables tied to a fuel price index, entered by hand or updated weekly from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Invoices pick up the right surcharge for their dates, and update when an index price changes.
Create a link to any document, such as a mix design, spec sheet or certificate, and choose whether the recipient can download it or only view it. No login is needed to open it. You can also attach a document to the product, plant or other record it belongs to.
A new dashboard chart lists loads that have stayed in a status longer than allowed, by plant, with how far over they are.
Load cards for trucks on the road or returning now show whether the engine is running, idling or off.
Edit batch weights by clicking the value right in the weights table.

Choose which sections appear in your product submittals, rename them and set their order. Submittal PDFs can now include divider pages, a clickable table of contents and page numbers.
The Users page now lists everyone in your company, with search by name, email or phone.
Invoice line quantities now accept up to 4 decimal places.
Sunday
Share a link so your customers can follow their deliveries without logging in.
Every job site gets a shared chat between your team and your customer, with a thread for each order. It can also be mirrored to a WhatsApp group.
Automatic statuses now include new Approaching steps as a truck nears the plant, the job site and its return. A load only counts as arrived once the truck has stopped inside the site's boundary.

A new Charts window on the dashboard brings together loads by plant and customer, trucks by status, the longest-running loads, and a map of scheduled quantity between plants and job sites. Click any bar or count to see the loads behind it.

Send a product's mix design from Concord directly to a plant's batch panel, for plants on supported Ulink-connected systems.
Wednesday
Concord can now bring invoices, payments and credits in from QuickBooks Online, match QuickBooks customers to your Concord customers, and keep balances in step. Customer records have an Open in QuickBooks button, and Concord confirms that QuickBooks invoice emails actually went out.

See total quantity shipped by plant and product for any date range, switch between shipped, leftover and resold quantity, and click any number to open the loads behind it.

New plants get a site boundary sized to your company's default.
Manual invoice lines fill in the product's price automatically.
Sunday
Each load's map now shows its route colored by stage, with every stop the truck made along the way. On Past Loads, check several loads to see their routes side by side.
